My Business

I own my own business as a Health & Fitness Consultant for the company Beachbody. Beachbody is behind the popular in home workouts such as TurboFire, Insanity, P90X and the makers of the healthy, SUPER food, Meal replacement shake, Shakeology. I am an Emerald Team Beachbody Coach, and I have been helping people get healthy, lose weight, get strong and fit for over a year now.



I started this business as a way for me to stay accountable to my own journey to weightloss and found a whole community of people who were working on themselves and at the same time helping other people. It was the best opportunity I could have ever found.

I work out of my home. I don't have to commute. I'm home for my kids. It's the best job in the world. I meet all kinds of people and get to make great friends along the way. I choose when I work. Where I work and with whom I work. I am my own boss, I set my own hours. It's fantastic the freedom this business allows.

The best part of this job, is the people I meet and the difference I make in the lives of others. I get messages all the time from the people I'm helping and it makes me so happy to know that I'm teaching them the tools they need to be successful in health, business and life. All it takes is commitment, compassion and determination.
